Gloria Glo Hampton, known for her role as the coach of Studio Bleu's junior elite team, has taken on an additional responsibility. Just three months after the Dance Moms reunion, she is leading the team back to the studio with a new focus: A New Era.
A New Era will center around Studio Bleu, a long-time rival of Abby Lee Dance Company. The rebooted show's premiere episode, which aired on Hulu on Wednesday, August 4, introduced new instructors and dancers, bringing the same magic that fans loved in the original series.
As the new coach of Studio Bleu, Glo Hampton leads a team of young dancers who compete nationally on a weekly basis. The season will follow the team as they navigate the challenges and rewards of the dance world, both inside and outside the studio.
